The resolution scale option changes the games internal rendering resolution and upscales it to match your chosen resolution. The problem is, the game doesn’t scale properly without disabling the “high DPI settings” option. Now that PC broke and I'm stuck on an old laptop, I can't even buy a new good 850€ PC on Amazon because of the Coronavirus (I'm from Italy, so Amazon can't send us anything) So i havent played DOOM in a while. Vorpx runs new DOOM (2016) w/ fov slider up to 130. Everytime I start doom it puts me in 640x480, crashes on the second loading screen, and puts my desktop into 640x480 and my mouse doesn't show up and my computer is completely inaccessible to anything, but I can still hear dooms music I then have to shut down and startup my computer in order to go back to 1080p, Please help. My resolution and aspect ratio seemed normal in the settings as they were both set to native but it won't fix no matter what I change it to.
